Back On Track-Stroke Rehab Service is a registered charity set up to meet the need for a Long Term Rehabilitation and Support service for the stroke survivor and their carers in Wiltshire. With the increasing demands on our day to day lives more and more people are suffering strokes at a younger and younger age. Our vision is to have a community in which, those affected by stroke, can access the services they need to get their lives Back On Track. We have many Volunteers, including a Speech and Language Therapist, Neuro Occupational Therapist and a Counsellor to help our members get their lives Back On Track. With a variety of different courses and weekly meetings we help the stroke survivor develop new skills in their fight to get Back On track.

Back On Track relies totally on the generosity of charitable donations and the fundraising activities of our members and supporters. Currently we employ a Managing Director and support 14 volunteers with mileage and out of pocket expenses. These include a Neurological Occupational Therapist, Counsellor, Speech and Language Therapist, Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapists and 10 additional stroke survivors and carer volunteers, supporting our working age Stroke Support Group Service.
